THE POSITION

A focused and committed Commercial Executive who demonstrates commercial acumen with a desire to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will work in the Foodservice Show area of the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering show, The UK’s largest and most prestigious event for the hospitality and foodservice industry.

THE ROLE
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship to both previous and new customers/partners over the telephone and face to face
  • Generate new key account business and rebuild relationships with lapsed accounts
  • Support the Event Manager with accurate and timely floorplan management, forecasting as well as ensuring CRM is always up to date
  • Work closely with the show team, including Operations, Marketing and Project Coordinators to jointly develop the event and Industry sector
  • Attend industry networking events and competitor events to identify commercial opportunities, gain industry feedback as well as increasing sector knowledge
  • Ensure that all KPIs are achieved
