THE POSITION
Angus Montgomery Arts has more than 40 years’ experience in the contemporary arts sphere, establishing successful fairs globally. The co-founders of ArtHK (now Art Basel Hong Kong) Angus Montgomery Arts is committed to delivering high quality, regional art fairs that serve the needs of collectors and galleries. The current portfolio includes: Art Central Hong Kong, Art SG (Singapore), India Art Fair, PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai, Sydney Contemporary, Taipei Dangdai (Taiwan), Art Dusseldorf (Germany). Angus Montgomery Arts is the largest art fair organiser in Asia.

As the database manager you will manage data from across the entire arts event portfolio. You will liaise with all AMA portfolio fairs and collate, manager and maintain the VIP database ensuring effective utilisation from each portfolio event. This will include working with event marketing managers whom access the data as well as VIP managers updating and inputting data. You will be expected to liaise with marketing managers helping them to understand the data and how they can effectively utilise it.

THE ROLE
  • Ability to effectively use CRM systems
  • Develop, Manage and maintain Group Database
  • Effectively organise data for use across the portfolio

  • Help portfolio marketing managers maximise data
  • Create query definitions to allow data to be extracted
  • Training colleagues in how to input and extract data
