Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for our exhibition brands.

Working closely with the Portfolio Director, Operations and Commercial Teams, this role helps manage website content, email and social campaigns, data and digital activity to drive visitor and exhibitor engagement. The Marketing Coordinator ensures campaigns are well-organised, on time and aligned with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Delivery

  • Manage and update website content to keep it varied, engaging and conversion-focused.

  • Build and schedule email campaigns for visitor and exhibitor promotion to increase engagement and drive registrations.

  • Manage social media campaigns for the exhibition brands, ensuring a steady flow of relevant, on-brand content.

  • Work with registration companies to manage pre-registration processes and data, supporting an efficient workflow and increased conversion.

  • Book and organise exhibitor marketing activities to increase exposure for the exhibitions.

  • Book and organise visitor marketing activities to help achieve visitor targets while maintaining audience quality.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive quality traffic to the website.

  • Manage and maintain campaign data so that marketing activity is insight-led and achieves higher engagement levels.

General Administration

  • Manage campaigns in an organised and structured manner so that all marketing activities are delivered on time.

  • Use marketing platforms, tools and “amalgamators” effectively to improve efficiency and drive engagement.

  • Maintain a high level of computer literacy to support team productivity and organisation.

  • Manage relationships with media partners to help drive deliverables, exposure and partnerships.

Market Awareness

  • Stay up to date with trends and developments within the market.

  • Identify and suggest new techniques, tools and platforms that can help achieve marketing goals.

People & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to ensure other departments are aware of and involved in marketing activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand what is happening across the business and bring in ideas or techniques that can support marketing activity.

  • Work closely with suppliers and partners, ensuring they are informed, aligned and involved in relevant marketing initiatives.
